The room was surprisingly spacious, even for a family of four with a crib. Super clean and comfortable, we had room to move around without feeling cramped. The beds were soft, which made it easy to catch some Zs after long days out. The bathroom was a decent size, too, with all the basic things we needed. The staff was incredibly helpful with an issue we had, which made our stay even better.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Sapporo, making it super easy to find great bars and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially an American girl at the front desk who went out of her way to assist me. I loved the comfort of the room with its cozy layout and premium bedding.
